ALL players will receive the same opportunity and training in practice regardless of the team they play on. The club will provide training that aligns with the National Team Development Program (NTDP).

Each club member understands that we do everything to the best of our ability with hustle, determination, and purpose. Players that are very determined and that do not give up easily.

Working toward a common goal and using each person’s individual talents to help achieve those goals.

EVERYONE associated with this club will work together to provide the best club experience. This includes prompt responses to questions from parents and players, excellent sportsmanship and respect, and celebrating and supporting everyone in the club regardless of the outcome of matches.

To teach and help grow the game of volleyball by offering instructional, recreational and competitive programs for boys and girls in the Chicagoland area. To train individuals and teams so that they can compete at their highest level. To encourage our athletes to make mistakes as we feel that is just another way to improve themselves as players and individuals. We strive to compete and win but ultimately, it is not what defines our success as a club, team or our athletes training with us.

To be recognized as a positive place for female and male athletes to train in the game of volleyball at the highest level possible so that they can reach their maximum potential.
